Good to know
My package has not arrived. What now?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn't moved in several business days (US) or it's been more than 30 days since it shipped (international), email us. If the package is lost, we open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.
Holiday season delays
From November 15 to December 31, carriers handle much more volume. Please allow a few extra days for delivery, especially for international orders.
I entered the wrong address

Do you ship to APO/FPO and PO boxes?
Yes. Military and PO box addresses ship with USPS. We recommend Priority for military addresses.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our site are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
